De Niro

The 20-year-old stallion De Niro leads the WBFSH sire ranking, followed by the preferent KWPN stallions Jazz and Gribaldi. Bred by Brigitte Pahl, the Donnerhall son has greatly influenced international dressage, excelling both as a grand prix competitor and a breeding stallion. De Niro is out of the Hanoverian mare Alicante, an Akzent II daughter out of Wiesenelfe by Wiesenbaum xx. Currently, the De Niro son Desperados (ds.Wolkenstein II), ridden by Kristina Sprehe, is one of the sire’s most successful offspring; and the approved De Niro sons Dancier (ds.Lancier) and Danone (ds.Weltmeyer) show great promise as breeding stallions. In addition, Deveraux (ds.Rohdiamant), another De Niro son, won the championship at the FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden. The height of the black stallion De Niro is 1.69 m / 16.2+ hands. He meets KWPN radiographic requirements.

Zinedine

The nine-year-old Guidam son Zinedine is among the current eye-catchers on the international show jumping circuit. The chestnut stallion was bred by Jan Boomkamp of Stoeterij Hemmelhorst in Borne. Zinedine’s dam is Unadonja, a daughter of the preferent stallion Heartbreaker, out of the keur preferent mare Prima Donja, a Burggraaf daughter. Prima Donja is also the dam of the Limburg Central Inspection champion Coco Donja (s.Ustinov). Zinedine’s great-granddam is Fadonja ster preferent (Akteur x Joris xx x Duc de Normandie). Currently, Zinedine’s dam Unadonja is a successful 1.45m-level show jumper in the USA with Shane Sweetnam. Zinedine meets KWPN radiographic and respiratory requirements.
