Kelley Stachon

Director of Operations

Kelley Stachon came on board in January 2017 as Director of Operations in our Lexington office.  As a Lexington native, Kelley has been involved with horses most of her life. Starting early, she showed in local area shows in Combined Training and Dressage.  She took her love of horses with her to UK where she graduated with a BS in Equine Science. Directly out of college she took a position as an Assistant Farm Manager at a nearby Thoroughbred Farm where she worked for over six years. After taking some time off to start a family Kelley rejoined the workforce beginning with USEF as a Horse Recorder and Passport Representative. She went on to become the Accounts Payable Coordinator at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute located across the street from the Horse Park.  Most recently Kelley has been the Bookkeeper for Bradley Thoroughbreds.  Kelley brings with her a long history in the Equine Industry and a deep love of horses and the Equestrian world.

Drew Kemerling

Drew Kemerling, originally from Lawrence, Kansas, has been with the KWPN-NA since January 2016. She is a 2014 graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelors in English and a minor in Spanish. Her background in the sport horse industry has come in handy when working for the KWPN-NA. Her favorite part about working for the KWPN-NA is being able to help members with registration, transfers and learning about bloodlines.

Outside of the organization, Drew has 17 years of horse experience and competes her Thoroughbreds, Nancy Drew and Ginisee in Dressage and Eventing. Her son Nathan is also a budding horseman and loves to spend time at the barn riding his favorite horses.
Drew is your contact for questions and any other aspect of the KWPN-NA that you may need assistance with.

Liz van Woerden works part time for us, remotely from the Netherlands. She is a mother of two and owns several Gelders horses in both the Netherlands as the USA.

Liz started doing volunteer work for us in 2018, while living in Arizona for 4 years. We hired Liz in 2021. Since then, she is responsible for our Social media & Promotion. She keeps up the website,  translates KWPN articles for us, communicates with our members and sponsors and does interviews. Liz is a member of the Stallion Committee, helps organize our events, like Webinars, the Annual Meetings and Silent/ Stallion Service Auctions, set up the KWPN- NA Youtube channel and takes videos for us at Keurings and events in both North America and Europe. She was chosen as Member of the Year 2022 for giving the KWPN-NA such a positive presence on Social Media and for always passionately promoting the KWPN-NA and her breeders and horses. She has great new ideas and thoughts on how to make the KWPN-NA more successful.
