About the Annual General Meeting
The KWPN-NA organizes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all her members each year.
The 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held February 25-27 in beautiful Aiken, South Carolina. Known for its rich equestrian history, Southern hospitality, and vibrant horse community, Aiken provides the perfect setting for bringing together KWPN enthusiasts, breeders, owners, riders, and friends from across North America.
As part of the AGM experience, attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the exciting Grand Prix Eventing at Bruce’s Field as a group on February 26 & 27 — a highlight you won’t want to miss! https://aikenhorsepark.org/eventing We look forward to a memorable weekend filled with connection, education, and celebration of the KWPN horse.

The Virtual AGM offers great opportunities for sponsoring & advertising!
We offer advertising and sponsoring opportunities during the AGM. For example sponsor our Awards Banquet or Welcome Reception. We broadcast a promotional video during the meeting breaks and decorate the meeting room with your banner. Since the AGM is recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel, the advertising videos will stay up for an unlimited period of time.

Silent Auction
Silent Auction at AGM
The Silent Auction is a services and goods fundraiser that we organize during the Awards Ceremony when we have an in-person Annual General Meeting. In 2025 & 2026 we organized a Virtual AGM, so no in-person Silent Auction.
Since 2021, we organize an Online Goods & Services Auction each year. We started doing this during COVID and called it the ‘Online Silent Auction’. These auctions were such a success, that we decided to continue the concept under the name ‘Goods & Services Auction’. Our G&S Auctions offer great deals to our members on equestrian goods and services, but they also are a great platform for equestrian entrepreneurs to promote their business. Participate in our next G&S Fundraiser to promote your brand, service or product in the equestrian community! The earlier you sign up to donate, the more promotion you’ll receive on our socials.
