Profile Updated: 2026
There’s a reason Gaudi has been the most popular dressage stallion in North America the last four years. His pedigree is flawless. His damline is the most important and successful modern mareline in the KWPN. He consistently produces modern, elegant offspring with supple, balanced movement out of a wide range of mares. His oldest offspring under saddle are proving to be highly trainable and talented. Gaudi is a genetic powerhouse who would never have been available to North American breeders if he hadn’t been injured in his early training.
Gaudi was presented at the 2014 KWPN Stallion Licensing and was accepted for the Stallion Performance testing, but due to his training injury, he could not participate. He is fully approved with the AES studbook.
In the USA and Canada, he has been very successful as a Dressage Breeding sire: he was USEF Leading Sire Dressage breeding in 2021, 2022 (reserve champion) and 2023, as well as Top KWPN -NA Keuring sire. Numerous young offspring of Gaudi have been named Champion and Reserve Champion at inspections and breed shows.
