The Annual Goods & Services Auction
The KWPN-NA Goods & Services Auction, November 8-15, 2026
The KWPN-NA Online Goods & Services Auction is our Annual Fundraiser. Equestrian (and some nice non-equestrian) products and services are promoted and then auctioned online using the Givebutter Platform. With the proceeds, we fund our educational events and awards programs.
Donating to our this Online Auction is a great way for you to promote your brand, service or product to the North American Equestrian Community (and beyond!). For bidders, it is a great event to acquire Equestrian Products and Services – with great timing right before the Festive Season!. They get a good deal while supporting our organization.
Before and throughout the Auction, we promote the donated items extensively. Our posts have large reach: we have at least 26k unique views on the auction page each year, an average of 34k unique views per post on our social media channels and our newsletters have an average opening rate of 56%. Our Auctions always have an actual bids ratio of 80,8% of the fair market value.
Our 2026 Online G&S Auction will be held from the 8-15th of November.

Auction Terms & Conditions
Donors, please note:
- Our Auction Team reserves the right to refuse a donation.
- Stallion semen donations are accepted on a limited bases for this auction and only if donated by the original Agent or Stalion owner or with written approval of the original parties.
- Donations close once the Auction opens, changes to current donations can’t be made from that time.
Bidders, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before bidding in this auction. When bidding in this auction, you automatically agree to the following:
- Payment is due directly after close of auction.
- Payments are made through the Auction platform in the form of PayPal, Amex, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
- It’s the bidders responsibility to read the information about the item carefully before bidding.
- The shipping costs might be added at bidder’s or donor’s expense or are included. It’s the bidder’s own responsibility to read the information in the item description well. The information about shipping is always added to the item.
- A winning bid is considered a contract. All sales are final: absolutely no refunds. Do not bid if you do not intend to complete the sale.
- Bidder agrees to hold the KWPN of North America, their employees, officers, agents, sponsors and donors, harmless from any errors, omissions or actions that might arise as a result of this auction.
- The KWPN of North America makes no warranties either expressed or implied in connection with this agreement.
We’re using the Givebutter Platform for our auctions. Go to the auction site to check out all the great items that have been donated already! You don’t have to be a member with us to participate in this auction, but you do have to sign up to bid.
