Greetings to our readers from a very hot Texas! We started early at seven a.m. to try and beat the heat.  Thankfully, that helped!  The Jumper mares were the standouts for us today!

IBOP – Jumper

OCEAN PH ster keur elig (Toronto ster x Wynanda TSH by Quite Easy, BREEDER/OWNER: DOUWE PLANTINGA)  Ocean PH earns the high score adult jumper today.  She has a well balanced and powerful canter with a good overview for jumping.  She has careful, good technique in the front leg, and opens well in her haunches to finish the jumps.  She is very willing and focused on the rider.  With her excellent score of 81.5 she becomes Keur today,  Congratulations!

OLIVIA PH ster keur elig (Toronto ster x Chantilly II TSH by Catch Cardo TSH,  BREEDER/OWNER: DOUWE PLANTINGA)  Olivia PH shows a canter that is well strided and efficient.  She is a careful mare with athletic scope, and improved in her technique when fences became higher. She also becomes Keur today by passing her IBOP, Congratulations!

STB Re-Inspection for Ster – Dressage

Melody sport (dr) D-OC (Florianus II crown D-OC x Zoe elite sport (dr) D-OC by Taxateur, BREEDER/OWNER: EVELYN ANGELLE) Melody today becomes an elite mare and the high scoring adult dressage horse.  She has earned her sport predicate at age of 6.  She is a  long lined mare, a  good dressage type.  She has a  good length of stride in the walk and trot, an active hindleg and good posture.

Stb/Ster 3 Year Old – Jumper

PARTY TIME SC (Zapatero VDL x Allison VLS keur sport (hun) by Larino keur, BREEDER/OWNER: SHEILA ARMSTRONG, Ben Wheeler) This mare is longlined with a good topline. She is somewhat toed in.  She has a  good technique in jumping, however she could be more consisten. She has an active canter with sufficient length of stride.  Congratulations on your new ster mare!

Foals/Weanlings – Jumper

TZARINA MFF (Chilli Willi x Undercover keur sport (sp) by Indoctro pref, BREEDER/OWNER: MORGAN KENNEDY)  Today’s high score young jumper horse. This is a very expressive and good jumper type.  She has an athletic body and well shaped neck with correct legs.  Shows a powerful trot and canter with good length of stride, and is adjustable.

2 Year Olds – Dressage

REMARKABLE (Gaudi x Klassy Kate by Empire PROK IBOP sport (dr), BREEDER: CHELSEY SIBLEY, OWNER: KATHRYN MILLER) Our high score young dressage horse today.  He is a well developed and expressive type with  good use of the neck in movement with a good topline. He shows good length of stride in walk, the trot is powerful and shows good reach and posture.  The canter is active with good technique.
