About the Annual General Meeting
The KWPN-NA organizes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all her members each year. In 2026, we are organizing an AGM in two parts: Part 1 was an educational trip to the Netherlands: “The KWPN-NA goes Dutch”, from January 25th -31st. This trip to the Netherlands was the ‘in-person part’ of the 2026 AGM. The office, Board-, Committee updates and Awards Ceremony will be Virtual in 2026. This Virtual event will take place on the 21st of March. More information and the schedule will follow soon. The start time will be 11am EST / 8am PST.
The 2025 AGM was also Virtual via Zoom, broadcasted live on our Socials and recorded for rewatching on our YouTube Channel. We had Liz van Woerden interview several professionals from the field both in the USA and The Netherlands. Sabine Schut- Kery, Gert-Jan van Olst, the Olympic Van Baalen family and Grand Prix Showjumping breeder Fred van Straaten. Click HERE to watch all the 2025 footage.
In 2026, we will also record our AGM and we took great educational footage during our trip to the Netherlands, which will be availing to our members on YouTube as well.
The Virtual AGM offers great opportunities for sponsoring & advertising!
We offer advertising opportunities during the Virtual AGM. You can have us broadcast a promotional video during the breaks. Since the AGM is recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel, the advertising videos will stay up for an unlimited period of time!
The prices are:
- $100 for a 1-minute video
- $175 for a 2-minute video
- $225 for a 3-minute video
- $350 for a 5-minute video
The times mentioned are maximum times. Due to the fixed duration of the breaks, we have limited spots available.

Silent Auction
Silent Auction at AGM
The Silent Auction is a services and goods fundraiser that we organize when we have an in-person Annual General Meeting. In 2025 & 2026 we have a Virtual AGM, so no in-person Silent Auction.
We do have an Online Goods & Services Auction each year, which we started organizing during COVID as the ‘Online Silent Auction’. These auctions were such a success, that we decided to continue this concept. Our Goods & Services Auctions offer great deals to our members but they also are a great platform for equestrian entrepreneurs to promote their business.
