The KWPN-NA organizes an Annual General Meeting for all her members every year. In 2024, the Annual General Meeting will be held in Ocala, Florida from March 13-17. The actual AGM days are March 13 (arrival day, welcome reception), 14 & 15. Please note that we sent out a ‘save the date’ for 5 days, but the 16 & 17th are not part of our actual meeting. This AGM coincides with Live Oak International, a world class event which you can visit after this AGM, and we will plan a group visit with everyone at the AGM that wants to go there on Saturday the 16th.

Coming to our AGM means three days of:

• interesting presentations
• breeding lectures
• inspiring shows
• award ceremonies

and lots of networking!

The AGM offers great opportunities for sponsoring & advertising!

With over 100 participants come together for the AGM each year, and many more watching the live stream of the whole event, the AGM is a great opportunity to advertise and network!We offer five levels of sponsoring, complete packages for advertising during the AGM and the rest of the year, or you can sponsor just the AGM. We are also open to custom arrangements for sponsoring, like a discount code for members, or a dinner or lunch during the event. There will be a Silent Auction at the AGM and an online Silent Auction in the weeks following the AGM, which offer even more options to expand your sponsorship.

You can also choose to sponsor the Annual General Meeting AND sponsor the rest of the year. You’ll get a lot of advertising in return, with which you’ll be targeting over a 1000 members and many more horse enthusiasts continuously. Our website and social media achieve thousands of hits per week from educated, active, motivated horse owners and breeders from North America and beyond. Our newsletters always have a 80% or higher opening and click rate!
