About the Annual General Meeting
The KWPN-NA organizes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all her members every year. In 2025, we organize a Virtual AGM on the 8th of March.
We compiled an interesting schedule for you. You can join us and watch or be interactive and take part in the Q&A’s. Take a look on the schedule for the topics and times. The Virtual AGM offers great opportunities for sponsoring & advertising!
We offer advertising opportunities during the Virtual AGM. You can have us broadcast a promotional video during the breaks. Since the AGM is recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel, the advertising videos will stay up for an unlimited period of time!
The prices are:
- $100 for a 1-minute video
- $175 for a 2-minute video
- $225 for a 3-minute video
- $350 for a 5-minute video
The times mentioned are maximum times. Due to the fixed duration of the breaks, we have limited spots available.
It is also possible to advertise your logo in the digital program booklet. This costs only $25.

Silent Auction
Silent Auction at AGM
The Silent Auction is a services and goods fundraiser that we organize at every in person AGM. In 2025, there will not be Silent auction because we have a Virtual AGM.
We do have an Online Silent Auction each year, so also in 2025. We started organizing an Online Silent Auction during COVID, when we couldn’t have an in person AGM. The Online Silent Auction was such a success, that we decided to continue this concept. They offer great deals to our members but they also are a great platform for equestrian entrepreneurs to promote their goods and services.
