Atleet: A Legend producing legends!
Atleet is a very well-known Dutch Harness Horse stallion with the following impressive track record:
- 2010 Winner stallion competition
- 2011 Winner Oregon Trophy
- 2016 Champion Honorary class North
- 2017 Champion Honorary class South
- 2017 Harness horse of the year
- 2020 Declared Keur
- 2024 Declared Preferent
On top of that, he sired four Approved/Licensed stallions: Eebert, Jaleet, Kapitaal and Martin Morrero.

“Atleet is a high-quality stallion, that shows a lot of refinement, has quality legs and a strong topline.
Atleet’s sire is the preferent stallion Patijn, who is a supplier of competition horses. Via the dam of Atleet, the valuable blood of the preferent Waterman is added back to the pedigree.
The offspring of Atleet have refinement, a good harness type and can move very well. For years, his daughters scored high at inspections and compete on the National Harness Horse Day. His daughter Gesiena became National Champion of the Keurmares several times.
The offspring of Atleet perform remarkably on the competition fields. Some notable offspring of Atleet in the sport are: Huzaar, Geroda, Gerran, Gorita, Grandioos, Grenadier, Giantha, Gesiena, Fuwandra, Eebert and El Niño B. Of which Eebert has already won many championships and El Nino B became Dutch Champion Ladies Class in 2017.
Atleet has been successfully competed in the sport, in 2010 he became the winner of the Stallion Competition. In 2011, Atleet won the Oregon trophy during the KWPN stallion inspection in Den Bosch, he lived up to his name!
In recent years, Atleet has achieved several victories and high rankings on the competition fields and in 2016 he became Honorary class Champion North and ladies class Champion North in 2016. In 2017, Atleet won the Honorary Championship South and became Harness Horse of the Year.
Atleet received the prestigious KWPN Keur predicate in 2020 based on his offspring who performed above average in both the inspections and the competition fields. In 2024, he also received the preferent predicate, as being a valuable breeding sire with large influence on the Harness horse population.
