Donors, please note: 

• Our Auction Team reserves the right to refuse a donation.
• Stallion semen donations are accepted on a limited bases for this auction and only if donated by the original Agent or Stalion owner or with written approval of the original parties.
• Donations close once the Auction opens, changes to current donations can’t be made from that time.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before bidding in this auction. When bidding in this auction, you automatically agree to the following: 

• Payment is due directly after close of auction.
• Payments are made through the Auction platform in the form of PayPal, Amex, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
• It’s the bidders responsibility to read the information about the item carefully before bidding.
• The shipping costs might be added at bidder’s or donor’s expense or are included. It’s the bidder’s own responsibility to read the information in the item description well. The information about shipping is always added to the item.
• A winning bid is considered a contract. All sales are final: absolutely no refunds. Do not bid if you do not intend to complete the sale.
• Bidder agrees to hold the KWPN of North America, their employees, officers, agents, sponsors and donors, harmless from any errors, omissions or actions that might arise as a result of this auction.
• The KWPN of North America makes no warranties either expressed or implied in connection with this agreement.
