For quite some time now, there has been a lot of interest in the KWPN harness horse from the Amish community. But over the last few years that interest has really increased and a big number of quality harness horse mares and approved stallions have been imported.

This year, with 40 entries, interest in the keuring has increased accordingly. Entries include 18 foals, seven mares for studbook inspection and 10 IBOP participants.

The day after the keuring there will be an auction for harness horses. This auction is unique in that only KWPN harness horses will step on the auction block, including the approved stallion Baanbreker and the (in Holland) well-known mares Worita (Manno x Renovo) and Edaperty (Uniek x Perfection).
