It’s time for the 2025 Stallion Service Auction!

The 2025 Annual Stallion Service Auction (SSA) is taking place February 15-23.

Helps the KWPN of North America underwrite the many programs offered to its members and breeders; including educational opportunities and member awards as a result of the annual Keuring tour and performance in sport. The Foal Futurity is also funded with SSA Proceeds.

Benefits of supporting our SSA include:

• Discount on stud fees to world class stallions, and supporting this breed association at the same time.
• The highest bidder of the entire 2025 Stallion Service Auction shall receive a free foal registration.
• The highest placed foal at our Keuring from an Auction stallion receives an award.
• Foals by SSA stallions receive free entry to our Foal Futurity at the annual Keuring tour the following year.
• Every winning bidder receives a certificate for $100 off of a KWPN NA Foal Registration!

• Individual promo post about the donated stallion(s) on all our social media channels about the SSA
• Extensive post on the auction site with all relevant information (provided by donor), pictures and links to videos.
• 50% discount on stallion activation costs per donation for 2026.

Auction Terms & Conditions:

Donor Specifics:

1. The auction is open to KWPN and KWPN-NA Approved/Erkend/Licensed stallions, KWPN Foalbook stallions that are approved with an Erkend Studbook and outside stallions that are approved with an Erkend Studbook ONLY.
2. Only agents or owners can donate
3. Keur level promotion package only for donations over $500
4. No participation if no bids in previous year
5. Maximum 4 stallions in choice donation
6. Good footage necessary for promotion (preferably also a movement video)
7. All donors need to fill in donation form, with clear instructions on donation
8. Donors need to have a clean record in regards to COC

Bidder Specifics:

1. When registering for this auction, all bidders agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions
2. It is the responsibility of the bidder to contact the KWPN-NA regarding the stallion’s status with the KWPN-NA.
3. It is the responsibility of the bidder to contact the stallion owners regarding the stallion’s availability, contract details to include booking fees, shipment / collection payments and all other details, which may be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
4. Bidders are strongly encouraged to contact the Stallion Owner prior to bidding to request their Breeding contract or agreement.
5. A winning bid is considered a contract.
6. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
7. Bidders need to have a clean record in regard to our COC.
8. One breeding per stallion will be sold to the high bidder.
9. Minimum bid increment of $25 required to advance.
10. Payment is due within three (3) business days after close of auction.
11. Breeding and/or Shipment/Storage of frozen doses is to be initiated in 2025 unless otherwise allowed by stallion owner.
12. All responsibility for this breeding and delivery of semen lies between the buyer and the stallion manager/owner.
13. Important Note:  Buyer is responsible for verifying KWPN-NA registration eligibility of foals. Mare’s registration status AND registry are an important factor in determining eligibility of foal.

**Bidder agrees to hold the KWPN of North America, their employees, officers and agents, harmless from any errors, omissions or actions that might arise as a result of the stallion service auction. **

**KWPN NA Members not in good financial standing and Non Paying Bidders will not be allowed to participate in any future auctions.**
