Activation Rules for Foalbook Stallions – All Types

The annual activation requires stallion owners to commit themselves to uphold the regulations of the KWPN and KWPN-NA. A signed copy of this agreement must be on file with the KWPN-NA office and annual stallion dues must be paid in order for a stallion’s offspring to be eligible for Registration. Breedings may be reported on a KWPN-NA Report of Mares Bred form or on an Excel spreadsheet and emailed to the office.

It is advisable to report all breedings to the KWPN-Office, but mark those mares for which the mare owner wishes to register the resulting foal with the KWPN-NA. By signing this agreement the stallion owner/agent agrees to comply with all the rules of the KWPN-NA and KWPN. If the stallion owner does not comply with the KWPN-NA and KWPN rules, the stallion may not be eligible for activation
