The KWPN-NA organizes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all her members every year. In 2025, we will organize a Virtual AGM on the 8th of March. SAVE the DATE and stay tuned for more info!  

In 2024, the AGM was held at the Holiday Inn & Suites Ocala Conference Center in Ocala, Florida. KWPN officials, the KWPN-NA board, member committee, stallion owners, breeders and riders all came together at this fantastic event, centered around the Dutch Warmblood horse!

The 2024 AGM days were March 14 & 15. Our AGM coincided with Live Oak International.  We visited this exhilarating event as a group on the 16th of March. Some of our members went to the World Equestrian Centre (WEC) t0 watch the dressage and jumping shows that were going on.

Live Auction at the AGM

Every year at the Annual General meeting, we have a LIVE Auction at the Awards Banquet. It’s a very fun and well attended event, which always gets great proceeds. You can donate to this auction too, meanwhile getting extra attention for your brand, service or product. Your product needs to be present at the AGM or can be auctioned in the shape of a voucher.

The AGM offers great opportunities for sponsoring & advertising!

With over 100 participants come together for the AGM each year, and many more watching the live stream and videos we’ll take of the whole event, the AGM is a great opportunity to advertise and network! We offer five levels of sponsoring, complete packages for advertising during the AGM and the rest of the year, or you can sponsor just the AGM. We are also open to custom arrangements for sponsoring, like a discount code for members, or a dinner or lunch during the event. There was a LIVE Auction at the AGM and an online Silent Auction runs in November, which offer even more options to expand your sponsorship.

When you choose to sponsor our association, you’ll get a lot of advertising in return, with which you’ll be targeting over a 1000 members and many more horse enthusiasts continuously. Our website and social media achieve thousands of hits per week from educated, active, motivated horse owners and breeders from North America and beyond. Our newsletters have over 5200 subscribers and always have a 52% or higher opening and click rate.

We’ve put together five Sponsor packages for 2024. These packages will stay the same in 2025. As mentioned before, we are open to custom agreements for sponsoring too.
