Uno Don Diego is an ideal stallion with good looks, wonderful temperament, exceptional athletic ability and the impeccable genetics of Donnerhall. Uno Don Diego’s sire is Dressage Royal whose bloodlines include the prolific Donnerhall x Rubinstein I cross. However, it is Diego’s legendary dam who produced two licensed sons, Diego and Uno Don Diablo, as well as the remarkable Uno Donna Unique, World Young Horse Champion.
Uno completed his 35-day performance test with a total dressage score of 866 and jumping total of 709 and was licensed as a Premium stallion by the Danish Warmblood Society. At his final grading in 2007, he was awarded the Breeder’s Silver Medal and the Challenge Cup of Aage Ravn for being the best 4-year-old Danish-bred dressage stallion.
As a competitive dressage horse, he won through Intermediate I with scores in the 70s with an amateur rider. As a young horse he represented Denmark at the World Young Horse Championships. Uno’s offspring collected top placings in CDI3* Grand Prix, CDI4* Aachen, CDIO4* Falsterbo and the World Young Horse Championships. He’s also a versatile sire producing hunter breeding champions, including the Best Young Horse at The Devon Horse Show.
