2016 Annual Meeting Registration Form

The KWPN is once again going out of its way to cater to KWPN-NA members with special VIP reserved seating, commentary in English, and experts who will share their knowledge. The KWPN is also planning sightseeing tours, farm tours, a visit to the new KWPN Centre and more. In order to guarantee the Stallion Show package and the hotel rate, the 2016 Annual Meeting registration form needs to be filled out and submitted to the KWPN-NA office by the closing date November 30, 2015. For more information and a registration form, please visit our website at www.kwpn-na.org.

Alert: Hotel Vught has agreed to extend the reservation deadline by two weeks, therefore we are able to change the Annual Meeting deadline to December 12, 2015.

Hotel Costs: 1/31-2/07 – Hotel Vught has reserved a room block for KWPN-NA members attending the Annual Meeting at the Stallion Show. All nights except Feb 6 are € 92 for a double or € 117 for a triple. The night of February 6th will be € 150 per room (it is carnival time in Den Bosch).
