For 2024, please note the following dates: 

• Stallion Activation deadline (not for affiliate stallions): November 30
• Handbook & Stallion Directory Advertising deadline: December 15
• Nomination Special Recognition Awards deadline: December 15
• Foal Registration deadline to include USEF Lifetime number: December 31

For 2025, please note the following dates: 

• KWPN Stallion Show in the Netherlands : January 29- February 2
• Keuring Host Application deadline: February 1
• 2025 Stallion Service Auction (tentative date): 15-23 February
• KWPN-NA Virtual AGM: March 8
• Deadline Pedigree Approval for entry Stallion Licensing at Keuring tour: May 15
