Hancock is an Elite Trakehner stallion by Imperio out of the impressive producer, State Premium Mare, Herzlicht II, by Elite Stallion Munchhausen.  Approved for breeding in Europe by the Trakehner Verband, Hanoverian Verband, RPSI, Oldenburg GOV, Westfalen, Rhineland and Polish breed associations; in North America by the American Hanoverian Society, RPSI, American Trakehner Association, Trakehner Association of North America, Affiliate of KWPN-NA, Oldenburg GOV, ISR-Oldenburg NA and Westfalen.  Sire, Imperio, and rider Hubertus Schmidt represented Germany on the 2016 Rio Olympics Gold Medal Dressage team.  Hancock, awarded Premium stallion at his Trakehner Verband licensing in Neumunster, won his 70 day Stallion Test in Marbach, Germany.  His HLP ZW Dressage marks total 136 points, the highest value at that time of all Trakehner stallions since introduction of that system.  He achieved excellent marks for rideability (9.0), dressage ability and impulsion (8.78) as well as gaits (8.5).  After his 2015 arrival in the USA, Hancock proved his jumping talent and has since impressed Dressage judges bringing home numerous High Point Champion ribbons at Second Level through FEI, has earned his ATA Performance Bronze and Silver awards, USDF All Breed/ATA Reserve Champion Fourth Level Open and 2019 Champion Intermediate I Open.  2019 was also a big year for his offspring with Six year old Lady Chanel competing in the Longines Dressage World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, Netherlands and ranking #1 Six year old in France.  Sons Freddy G, Elvis G and Maddocks competed in the Trakehner Bundesturnier with Maddocks also competing in the Bundeschampionate, placing as high as second place.  Several of his fillies have earned States Premium and a Champion mare in the Bundeslander-Nord.  Hancock’s strong performance record along with the success of his offspring helped propel him into the top 5% Dressage Breeding Index at #9 with D ZW JPP 137, Si D ZW JPP 82%; as well as #17 Gesamtzuchtwert with 128 points, as reported by Der Trakehner.  Hancock imparts his rideability, sensibility and impressive gaits, along with his charming personality and beauty to his high quality foals.  2020 will bring Hancock’s International debut at CDI’s in North America and possibly Europe.
