2019 Annual Meeting – Holland

It’s never too early to start thinking about the KWPN-NA Annual Meeting! Plans are already underway for the 2019 KWPN-NA Annual Meeting, which will take place in Holland. Below, please find more information as well as a tentative schedule. We will also be sending out a survey via e-mail to get an idea of interest and attendance, so please check your inboxes! Greetings KWPN-NA Members and enthusiasts! 

We hope you are all excited about attending the upcoming KWPN-NA Annual General Meeting at the 2019 Stallion Show in DenBosch Holland!

 In the interest of notifying the K on the number of seats to reserve for the show, please provide your response on if you will attend and to which events. We have identified daily rates for attending the Stallion Show in addition to a variety of exciting farm visits. That way you will be able to attend the discipline of your choice and not pay for the full show.

 Below is the hotel information, preliminary Agenda and cost structure referenced in the survey. Please provide your answers to the survey questions by June 10, 2018.

In the interest of keeping costs down for those only interested in a particular discipline, tickets are available at

€ 85 (currently $98) per day. Seating will be in the SkyBox area. Please provide your ticket preference in the survey.

Option 1: Jumpers only, two days, one evening, Wednesday & Thursday: $200

Option 2: Dressage, Harness, Gelders only, two days, two evenings, Friday & Saturday: $200 Option 3: Full Stallion Show all four days and evenings: $400

Option 4: I have made other arrangements for tickets and seating.



For those only interested in particular disciplines, Options are also available for daily excursions, including bus transportation and Lunch. Includes Awards banquet Tuesday evening.


Option 1: Jumper farm visits on Monday: $100

Option 2: Dressage farm visits on Tuesday: $100

Option 3: Both days: $185

Option 4: I have made other arrangements for visits and lunch.

Awards Banquet: $50



Jumping Amsterdam will be held the weekend before the Stallion Show, January 24-27! If any of you would like to attend, we are looking into group rates on ticket prices, 10 people or more. Please indicate your interest in the survey!
